Who I am

I am Tatiana Fait Shaw, the person responsible for Salud Integral (saludintegral.site), based in Costa Rica. You can reach me at terapiaholisticacr@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +506 7221-2372.

What information I receive and why

• Contact form. Your name, email and message are used only to reply to you. If your browser opens your email app, the message is sent from your own email account.
• WhatsApp and email. If you write to me through these channels, I use your information only to reply and, if applicable, to arrange a session.
• Free email program. If you subscribe, I use your email to send you the program. You can unsubscribe at any time from any message.
• Subscription from My Digestive Garden. If you choose to subscribe when you finish the garden, your email is used to send you updates. You must confirm your subscription by email and can cancel at any time.
• Payments. Card and PayPal payments are made on PayPal's platform; I do not see or store your card details. For SINPE Móvil payments (Costa Rica) I receive the details shown on the payment receipt. To confirm a Your Habit Map payment, the transaction number is used.

They are processed only on your device. They are not sent to or stored on any server. Your PDF is created on your device.

Third-party services

To operate the site I use services such as PayPal, MailerLite, follow.it, Google Meet, WhatsApp and Cloudflare. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and technical storage

This site does not use advertising cookies or analytics or tracking tools, and it does not save your answers in your browser.

When you confirm a Your Habit Map payment, the site may set a technical session cookie, needed only to give you access to the product you paid for. It is not used for advertising or tracking. In addition, Cloudflare, which delivers the site, and third-party services such as PayPal, MailerLite and follow.it may use their own cookies or technical logs (for example, your IP address) under their own policies.

Who I share your information with

I do not sell or rent your personal information. It is shared only with the services listed above, when needed to provide what you requested.

Visitors from the United States

I do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. You can ask me to tell you what personal information I hold about you, to correct it or to delete it by emailing terapiaholisticacr@gmail.com; I will reply in writing. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. Your information is processed in Costa Rica and by the third-party services listed above, which may store it in other countries, including the United States.

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data by writing to me at terapiaholisticacr@gmail.com.

This follows Costa Rica's Law No. 8968 on the Protection of Individuals regarding the Processing of their Personal Data.

Educational scope

Salud Integral offers educational tools and complementary wellbeing support. It does not provide diagnoses and does not replace professional medical or psychological care.
